Coaching at Bear Endurance is supportive, friendly, and focused entirely on your success.

We welcome runners of all abilities and experience levels, from those just starting out to seasoned ultra-marathoners seeking a fresh training perspective. We believe every athlete is different, which is why your plan is always bespoke and designed to fit perfectly around your unique schedule and commitments.

We provide a structure programme that focuses on consistency and fundamentals, ensuring you build lasting strength. We coach the whole runner, offering comprehensive support across mindset, integrated strength training, recovery, race nutrition, and kit selection.

About me

Hi, I'm Niall 👋 Founder and Head Coach at Bear Endurance.

Over a decade ago, I took those first nervous steps into running, and it completely changed my life. What started as a simple desire for fitness quickly spiralled into a passion, pushing me far beyond what I ever thought was physically or mentally possible. That journey of unexpected resilience is what drives my coaching philosophy: friendly, genuine, and focused entirely on your potential.

I believe that whether you're taking on your first 5K or planning a ultra marathon, the process should be supportive and fun.

I’m based in East Sussex, where I gained valuable hands-on experience coaching locally with Crowborough Runners. My mission is to share that knowledge and help you discover your own incredible endurance.
